Bastrykin: about 5,000 people have been killed in Donbass since 2014

“According to the investigation, as a result of the criminal actions of the Ukrainian side, almost 14,000 residents of Donbass suffered in nine years,” Bastrykin said.

Nearly 9,000 of them were wounded, he said.

Earlier it was reported that the fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Snigirevka tortured and killed a local resident.

Also, the Russian Investigative Committee stated that almost 700 Ukrainian security officials are accused of prohibited methods of warfare.
