The head of the Russian Emergencies Ministry thanked the rescuers for their work in Turkey and Syria

He made the corresponding statement during an extended meeting of the collegium of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

“First of all, I want to thank our guys for the brilliant search and rescue operations in Turkey and Syria,” TASS quoted him as saying.

Earlier it was reported that Russian rescuers returned to Moscow, having completed a search and rescue operation in Turkey at the site of the earthquake.
