SVT's Ukraine correspondent Elin Jönsson has been given an exclusive interview with a leader of the far-left partisan group the Anarcho-Communists' Struggle Organization.
- Handing out leaflets or signing petitions does not work in an authoritarian state, says Artem, one of the group's leaders.
Artem's real name is something else and wants to remain anonymous for security reasons.
He says that the group started by blowing up a cell tower in Belgorod county in April 2022. After that, they continued with sabotage targeting rocket and artillery depots, setting fire to muster offices and destroying railways.
The various groups organize themselves on social media, where they also share pictures of sabotage.
SVT has been able to verify several of the images, but not all.
