The authors demand that the names "Russia" and "Russian Federation" be replaced with "Muscovy" and "Moscow Federation".
As of February 14, the appeal received 25,000 votes necessary for it to be considered by the president.
On November 24, 2022, a petition appeared on the website of Zelensky's office with a request to rename Russia to Muscovy.
