In the first place, the man from Enköping claimed that the transfer to the woman early on a Sunday morning last spring was meant as a loan.

On the other hand, he believes that it was a "purchase of service".

"The transfer of SEK 10,000 was an advance payment for the service.

Since NN (the woman, editor's note) did not perform the service, the money must return to him.

The service was that NN would 'be his tonight'", writes the district court.

The woman gets it right

The court now rules in the woman's favor as it is considered to have been proven that the transfer of SEK 10,000 took place with the aim of buying sex, based, among other things, on the written conversation between the man and the woman.

"A person who chooses to commit a criminal act should not be able to get help from the legal system to get back money he lost because of his criminal act," writes the court.
