At first it was suspected that it was stone throwing, but findings at the scene have led the police to suspect that a weapon was fired during the night of Sunday.
People are said to have been in the home when it was fired upon, but no one was injured.
Rickard Lundqvist says that at the moment they do not see any threat to the victims.
He says police are still trying to find a motive for the shooting.
It is unclear whether there is a connection to the explosion
During Friday, a detonation occurred in the Dalhem area of Helsingborg.
Without a motive, however, it is not possible to say whether the shooting has links to these events.

Forensic technicians are on site for crime scene investigation.
The incident is being investigated as attempted murder and aggravated weapons offences.
