Boat-related thefts increased in the South region, which includes Blekinge, last year compared to 2021, statistics from the Crime Prevention Council show.
A total of 361 thefts from boats were reported in 2022 in the South region, the year before 295 were reported.
Thefts of boat engines are increasing
Thefts of boat engines also increased, with a total of 15 more such thefts reported last year than in 2021.
