He added that "it's not just rhetoric".
“I cannot reveal the details, but trust me, we are the ones who support them in a practical way.
I can’t say exactly how, because I will do them a disservice,” the diplomat admitted.
He also said that the European authorities, by banning the work of the Russian media, do not attack freedom of speech, but "protect it."
