alleged crime of fraud
, for which he could face
five years in prison
due to the number of
sentences he has been accumulating
since 2006. He has already been
convicted
on a total of four occasions for the same reason by two courts in Madrid and as many in San Sebastián.
It was this Monday, February 6, when
the first session of the trial
for these events was held.
According to the version of the Gipuzkoa Provincial Prosecutor's Office, Basurko would have
used a credit card belonging to a woman
(the deceased mother-in-law of a friend of his) to allegedly use it, in June 2020, in order to supposedly make three "deposits "
on an online betting page
amounting to 875, 400 and 200 euros.

The Prosecutor's Office asks Igor Basurko for a total of
five years in prison
and
compensation of 1,475 euros.
The first of him is from 2015, when he was sentenced to pay
a fine of 320 euros
after allegedly making payments worth almost 3,000 euros from the card of
a woman with whom he had been on a date.
