According to Yampolskaya, the working group included members of the culture committee, but invitations to participate in the meeting will also be sent to the Ministry of Culture, law enforcement agencies and the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.

State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin earlier announced that the Duma was studying the possible confiscation of property of citizens who had left Russia and offended Russia.

He also announced the need to cancel preferences for those who left Russia and introduce an increased tax rate for them.

State Duma deputy Oleg Matveychev expressed the opinion that all incomes of artists who left and opposed Russia should be frozen while the investigation is underway and the elements of their crime are determined.
