Her daughter is dependent on personal assistance around the clock, in the clip she tells how Ivo's decision affects them.

It was last week that Ivo decided to withdraw Humana's license for personal assistance.

The decision applies throughout Sweden and immediately - with a ten-day deadline to arrange new assistance companies for customers.

However, Humana has appealed the decision and hopes to obtain an inhibition, meaning that operations may continue until the administrative court decides the matter.

The municipality's responsibility

In Värmland alone, 60 people are affected, who together have hundreds of assistants.

22 of them live in Karlstad, where the municipality has previously not had its own assistance operations.

However, it is with the municipality that the ultimate responsibility for arranging the personal assistance lies and the client manager Per Söderberg at the health and care administration says that they are prepared to be able to resolve the situation until Friday, if they have to.

- The starting point is that they (the customers, editor's note) should receive the same assistance that they have decided on, so the hope is that they will not notice any difference at all, he says.
