According to Ryabkov, contacts have been reduced to the level of episodic phone calls.

Earlier, the Swiss publication Neue Zürcher Zeitung, citing high-ranking sources, reported that Burns, on behalf of US President Joe Biden, offered Kyiv to make territorial concessions in order to conclude a peace agreement with Russia, but these discussions were fruitless.
