She said this in an interview with The Spectator.
Truss responded negatively to the question of whether she would like to become Prime Minister of Britain again.
“Certainly, I want to participate in promoting economic growth policies.
I certainly want to remain a member of parliament.
I am confident in the future of Britain and I am confident in the future of the Conservative Party,” she said.
The politician noted that it is time for London to start building "a more intellectually powerful base."
“But no, I don’t have a desperate desire to return to the premier’s office,” Truss said.
The Times newspaper previously wrote that former British Prime Ministers Boris Johnson and Liz Truss do not plan to leave politics.
