  According to Yonhap News Agency, at about 23:19 local time on the 4th (22:19 Beijing time), a 24-ton fishing boat carrying 12 people capsized in the sea 16.6 kilometers west of Xin'an County, Jeollanam-do.

After the accident, three crew members on board were rescued by nearby ships, and the remaining nine were missing.

According to the description of the rescued crew members, sea water suddenly poured into the engine room of the fishing boat, causing the fishing boat to roll over and capsize.
