“A controlled bombing of the buildings of local narcological and oncological dispensaries was planned in the city of Kramatorsk ... as well as the first city hospital ... in order to accuse Russia of an allegedly deliberate strike on civilian objects,” the report says.
The staff of medical institutions was evacuated, the employees are working remotely until further notice.
The headquarters specified that Western journalists had already arrived in Kramatorsk - they were accommodated in the Sapphire Hotel.
“In the Western media, the undermining of medical facilities in Kramatorsk will be presented as another “crime” of the Russian troops, requiring a response from the world community and accelerating the supply of long-range missiles to Kyiv for strikes on Russian territory,” the statement says.
In September 2022, the authorities of the Zaporozhye region decided to begin the expulsion of unreliable citizens from the liberated territories to Ukraine due to their subversive activities.
Thus, in January, a resident of the Zaporozhye region was expelled from the territory controlled by the Russian Armed Forces for inciting extremism.
