“Of course, as military support for the Kyiv regime expands, Denmark is drawn deeper into the conflict,” he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

The Ambassador recalled the decision of Copenhagen to deliver 19 CAESAR self-propelled guns to Kyiv.

He added that bilateral relations between Denmark and Russia are "thrown back", and in such conditions there is no basis for dialogue between the two countries.

Barbin also noted that Danish mercenaries "lit up" in the conflict in Ukraine.
