“It seems that since there is no evidence, this means that this is not Russia.

According to Pushkov, Berlin knows all the details of what happened, but prefers to make "profound statements."

Earlier, German Prosecutor General Peter Frank said that Germany had no evidence of Russia's involvement in the Nord Stream explosions.

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz promised to speak out about the state of emergency at Nord Stream when evidence appears.
