At about 1:46 on January 27 (the sixth day of the first lunar month), Zhang drove a passenger car drunk (with a blood alcohol content of 187 mg/100 ml) (with 4 people on board and 3 people on board), along the 210th Street in Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province. When the national highway was driving to 1026 kilometers plus 238 meters, it collided with a heavy-duty semi-trailer driving in the same direction ahead, resulting in the death of all 3 people on the passenger car.
