In court, the jury sided with Musk.

I am deeply grateful to the jury for the unanimous ruling of not guilty,” he said.

On November 8, Reuters reported that Musk's net worth fell below $200 billion due to fluctuations in Tesla shares amid the businessman's purchase of Twitter.

On December 14, Musk said that his purchase of Twitter would benefit Tesla shareholders.
