For military personnel undergoing military service by conscription or under a contract, entering military universities, they will provide the opportunity to submit relevant applications at the place of service.
Earlier, the 360 TV channel, citing the vice-governor of the region Irina Kaklyugina, reported that more than 35,000 applications for participation in the Unified and Basic State Examinations were submitted by schoolchildren from the Moscow Region on the State Services portal.
