It was in July that the man in his 20s had gotten heavily drunk and despite that drove away on a motorcycle.

He drove on different streets and roads and behaved dangerously.

Finally he drove off the road and into a wall.

When the police got there, tests showed that he had a whopping 2.35 per thousand of alcohol in his blood.

He is charged with both aggravated drunken driving and illegal driving, as he lacked the correct driver's license for the motorcycle.

The man is from Habo and denies any crime.

A woman is called to the trial to tell about how she saw that the man was a danger in traffic.
