Wednesday was a hectic day at Nantes law school.

A group of students from the Uni (right-wing student union), which was animating a stand in view of the student partial elections of the component, was the target of violence.

According to Nantes University, “a dozen masked individuals entered the hall in order to violently interrupt the towing”.

One of the students was physically assaulted.

The university announces that it has "contacted the police" and will "strengthen the presence of security on site".

In a press release, it recalls that it will oppose “in all circumstances all forms of violence on its campuses”.
