At a press conference on Tuesday, head of department Mikael Tofvesson said that foreign actors are trying to spread the idea that Sweden is a legitimate target for, for example, terrorism.

According to Säpo, the terrorist threat level against Sweden has not been raised, but the recent reactions to the Koran burning outside the Turkish embassy may in themselves be threatening.
