“The state of emergency throughout the territory of the Republic of Moldova ... to be extended for a 60-day period from February 4, 2023,” the decree says.

It is specified that the decision was approved by 60 votes of the Action and Solidarity Party, while the opposition boycotted the discussion of this decision as a sign of protest.

Earlier, the Moldovan government approved the idea to extend the state of emergency due to the energy crisis for 60 days.
