“Based on the constitution, President Rumen Radev signed a decree on the dissolution of the 48th National Assembly on February 3.
The head of state has scheduled parliamentary elections for April 2,” TASS quoted the press service of the head of state as saying.
In addition, Randev appointed a technical government from February 3.
It will be headed by Gylyb Donev.
Earlier, the President of Bulgaria announced the holding of early elections in April.
