According to the indictment, the man, who is a resident of Växjö municipality, brought in the narcotic preparation pregabalin, which is usually used to treat epilepsy, neuropain and generalized anxiety disorder, on several occasions between 2019 and 2021.
According to the indictment, it must be a total of 23 shipments which on all occasions must have been addressed to people other than the man himself.
The same people should also have had packaging material sent to them.
The man is suspected of organizing the business and giving instructions to those who helped him package it.
The drug is said to have then been sold on.
SEK 9 million in sales
The crimes are considered extremely serious because the prosecutor believes that other people have been part of a business organized to sell a large amount of narcotics, among other things, on the internet.
The man is said to have earned just over nine million kroner from the sale.
In the indictment, the man is also suspected of having a loaded pistol and a crossbow.
The man denies any wrongdoing.
