After a shock with the Montpellier Léo Leroy, the N.7 touched the back of the left thigh several times and ended up asking for the change.
He was replaced by Hugo Ekitike (21st).
Mbappé seems to be muscularly affected, the contact with Montpellier Leroy having touched the top of the right tibia.
Mbappé therefore does not suffer from the shock.
The broadcaster's cameras showed him holding the back of his left thigh in the locker room hallways.
This injury falls badly, less than two weeks before the return of the Champions League.
Previously, Mbappé had twice seen Montpellier goalkeeper Benjamin Lecomte push back his penalty to withdraw (8th and 10th minutes).
A few minutes later the Spanish defender Sergio Ramos also left, victim of a concussion, replaced by Renato Sanches (31st).
The Spaniard suffered a head-to-head clash with Stephy Mavididi.
