The standard establishes the rules for labeling, as well as the requirements for safety and maintenance of accompanying documentation.
Director of the Institute for the Study of Contemporary Politics Anton Orlov, in an interview with RT, commented on the GOST statement on limiting the speed of electric scooters, unicycles and gyro scooters to 25 km / h.
According to him, the issue of limiting the maximum speed for means of individual mobility, especially electric scooters, is long overdue.
