In connection with the appeal, Humana will request inhibition.

That is, that they should be given permission to continue operating until the administrative court has processed the company's appeal.

- We have until February 10 to wind down the business.

If we are not granted inhibition, it is liquidation that applies, says Johanna Rastad and continues:

- Then our current customers will have to look for another assistance coordinator or turn to the municipality, she says.

Recovery from the Social Insurance Agency

Ivo bases his decision on, among other things, 27 refunds that Försäkringskassan has decided on.

These are cases where the Social Insurance Agency has assessed that assistance compensation has been paid incorrectly.

In total, it is SEK 100 million.

- I question such a sharp decision based on so few decisions on refunds and where the majority have not gained legal force yet, says Johanna Rastad.

"Significant probative value"

Despite the fact that several of these cases are still under review, Ivo writes that "The recovery decisions from the Social Insurance Agency are well-reasoned and have significant probative value".

In the decision, Ivo has also taken into account reports of shortcomings at Humana from six municipalities.
