The West Bank, including Jerusalem, is witnessing a state of escalation, especially after the occupation forces stormed the Jenin camp and killed 10 Palestinians. This was followed by two shooting attacks in Jerusalem, in which 7 Israelis were killed.

The number of martyrs this January reached 35, including 8 children, while the Israeli occupation forces killed 224 Palestinians during the past year 2022, including 61 children.
