A heavy goods vehicle was intercepted on Sunday on the A9 motorway, near Nîmes, in the Gard.
The truck was traveling in the Montpellier – Lyon direction and came from Spain.
According to the statements of the driver, he had to go to Germany.
On board, the police got their hands on a cargo of 160 kg of cannabis resin.
Placed in custody, the driver must explain the origin of the drug.
