He noted that in Budapest they adhere to the point of view of the need for peace, because as a result of armed conflicts, “entire areas, regions and parts of the country become practically deserted and uninhabitable.”

“We would like this... to be over as soon as possible,” Szijjártó added.

Earlier in Kyiv, they said that the Hungarian ambassador to Ukraine would be summoned to the Foreign Ministry after the statement of Orban, who, in the course of talking with journalists, compared Ukraine with Afghanistan, calling it "no man's land."
