The active actions of the Russian Defense Ministry managed to stop the implementation of the US military biological programs on the territory of Ukraine.
This was announced during a briefing by the head of the troops of radiation, chemical and biological protection of the Russian Armed Forces, Lieutenant-General Igor Kirillov.
“In this regard, the Pentagon is actively transferring unfinished research within the framework of Ukrainian projects to the states of Central Asia and Eastern Europe.
At the same time, cooperation with the states of Africa and the Asia-Pacific region is being increased: Kenya, Singapore, Thailand,” Kirillov said.
According to him, as part of measures to curtail its military biological activities, Washington is actively using the material base of chemical and pharmacological enterprises in Poland and the Baltic states, where equipment has also been delivered from Ukrainian territory.
At the same time, the collective West is forcing the countries of the post-Soviet space to hide the truth about ongoing biological research.
He noted that the EU is actively promoting the initiative to deploy a network of centers of excellence in the field of NCB protection, which provides for the deployment of EU-funded biological laboratories on the territory of the former USSR.
At the same time, potential partners are strongly advised "not to advertise this initiative due to its extreme sensitivity for the Russian Federation."

In addition, Ukrainian specialists who participated in military biological programs are employed in the United States, Canada and the European Union: “This is primarily due to fears that Russian law enforcement agencies may receive from them additional witness evidence of illegal activities in violation of international obligations.”
The Ministry of Defense also reported that during the JMD, the Russian military managed to obtain more than 20 thousand documents and reference and analytical materials, as well as interview eyewitnesses and participants in American military biological programs.
“These materials confirm the Pentagon’s focus on creating biological weapons components and testing them on the population of Ukraine and other states along the perimeter of our borders,” Kirillov emphasized.
At the same time, the defense department has information about numerous facts of the use of psychostimulants and narcotic drugs by Ukrainian military personnel, as well as about the smuggling of morphine to areas where combat missions are being carried out.
In addition, experiments related to HIV infection have been conducted on representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, convicts and drug addicts since 2019.
“We believe that the actions of officials who conducted research on Ukrainian servicemen, whose blood contained high concentrations of antibiotics, narcotic drugs, antibodies to pathogens of infectious diseases, require an appropriate legal assessment,” said the head of the radiation, chemical and biological protection troops of the Russian Armed Forces.

“The materials received will be transferred to the Investigative Committee to take measures to bring the perpetrators to justice,” Kirillov added.
Summing up, the representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense stressed that the disclosure by Moscow of the content of the military biological programs of the Pentagon in Ukraine received a wide public outcry.
In particular, the organizations of the EAEU adopted a resolution against biological laboratories funded by the US military, and a number of investigations were initiated in the US itself.
“Thus, the concern of the world community related to the activities of Pentagon-funded biolabs is consistently increasing.
The issues raised by the Russian Federation at international platforms - the 9th Review Conference of the States Parties to the BTWC, as well as in the UN Security Council, demonstrated the US unwillingness to engage in substantive dialogue.
We consider it fundamentally important that the disclosure of the facts of illegal military-biological activities has forced a number of states to weigh the possible consequences of their interaction with the United States in the field of biosecurity, to take a fresh look at the need and expediency of such cooperation,” the head of the RCBZ concluded.

“The development of the COVID-19 pandemic precisely according to this scenario raises questions about its deliberate nature, US involvement in this incident, as well as the true goals of American bioprograms aimed at enhancing the properties of dangerous pathogens,” Kirillov emphasized.
In addition, the high degree of preparedness of American manufacturers of mRNA vaccines for a pandemic of a new coronavirus infection raises questions.
Earlier, the Russian defense department reported that scientists at Boston University had created an artificial pathogen for coronavirus infection based on the Omicron strain and the original Wuhan variant.
