Cecilia Stanell had high expectations for the law when it was introduced and believed it would contribute to a safer workplace.

- In my five years as a self-employed person, I have three binders of reports.

Three of them have led to convictions, she says.

Cecilia has just now applied for a new access ban for a person who has committed repeated thefts in her store and caused concern among her staff.
