The Russian authorities have expanded the possibility of obtaining preferential mortgages for IT-specialists

This was announced by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

It is noted that employees of all accredited IT companies, and not only recipients of tax benefits, will be able to take a preferential housing loan.

Also, specialists aged 18 to 50 years old, and not from 22 to 44 years old, as it was before, will be able to take preferential loans.

Wage requirements are being reduced from 150,000 to 120,000 rubles a month in million-plus cities and from 100,000 to 70,000 rubles in other settlements.

At the same time, the requirements for specialists working in Moscow will remain the same - the minimum wage must be at least 150 thousand rubles a month.

Under the preferential mortgage program for IT-specialists, you can take a subsidized loan at a rate of up to 5% in the amount of up to 18 million rubles.

Earlier, Deputy Minister of Construction of Russia Nikita Stasishin said that the department supports the proposal of DOM.RF to reduce mortgage rates for apartments with an area of ​​55 sq.

m.

At the same time, the Deputy Minister added that it is necessary to find a source of funding for this proposal.
