“I will say this: we plan to place the main emphasis in advance on high-rise buildings in this settlement,” RIA Novosti quoted Pushilin as saying on the air of the Rossiya 24 TV channel.
He noted that it is not possible to restore private buildings in the city and its environs.
Pushilin added that the restoration of the city will be based on the experience of Mariupol.

On January 20, Pushilin stated that the liberation of Kleshcheevka had radically improved the position of Russian forces near Soledar.
