Fu Wei pointed out that since the monitoring began on December 21, 2022, the number of visits to fever clinics and general outpatient and emergency departments in township health centers and community health service centers has generally shown a trend of first increasing and then decreasing, and is currently falling steadily.
During the entire Spring Festival (January 21 to 27), the volume of diagnosis and treatment in fever clinics was at a low level, the lowest in the first day of junior high school, and then there was a certain recovery, but it was always lower than the volume of diagnosis and treatment before the holiday, about 40% less.
Compared with the peak on December 23, it has dropped by 94%.
On January 27, the number of general outpatient and emergency clinics in grassroots institutions was 2.036 million, a decrease of nearly 30% compared with that before the holiday, and about 44% of the peak value of ordinary outpatient and emergency departments on December 29.

Fu Wei said that during the Spring Festival, all localities are actively doing a good job in the referral and transfer of key groups and critically ill patients, expanding the transfer capacity of 120, increasing the number of telephone seats, and setting up non-emergency transfer teams to ensure the transfer needs of patients.
Higher-level medical institutions have also established green channels for referrals to simplify the referral process for critically ill patients and ensure timely admission.
