The feature section of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Sunday newspaper in Berlin is holding a competition for young authors.
Its topic is: "Which place changed your life?" You can submit reports and essays about a life-changing place with a maximum length of 10,000 characters.
The closing date for entries is March 15th.
The competition entries must be previously unpublished.
Authors between the ages of 18 and 28 can take part.
The jury consists of the members of the FAS feuilleton.
The winner receives 1000 euros and the publication of the award-winning text in the feuilleton of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Sunday newspaper;
a three-month internship in the editorial office is possible by arrangement.
The award ceremony will take place in spring in the FAZ
editorial office in Berlin.
