“Last week, fragments of the program code of some Yandex services were discovered in the public domain.
We are continuing an internal investigation into the incident,” the company said in a statement.
Yandex noted that during the audit, several violations were identified in the code, “including the principles of Yandex and the rules of corporate ethics.”
Earlier it was reported that Yandex launched an internal investigation in connection with the release of the source codes of the company's services into open access.
