For the most part, Sweden produces more electricity than we need, then we can export.

The fact that we still need to import has to do with electricity output.

It is the electricity that is in a specific place at a certain time, and the electricity effect looks different in different places in the country. 

But how does this affect the price and why are we being asked to save electricity while Sweden has a surplus of electricity?
