Reznikov expressed the hope that two more weeks of discussions with European and Western partners on the issue of military aircraft "will lead to concrete promises."

According to him, earlier the situation when the West at first refused to transfer certain types of weapons, but then nevertheless sent them to Ukraine, has already taken place.

On January 25, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said that the EU is considering the issue of providing Ukraine with F-16 fighter jets.

On January 27, Deputy Pentagon Spokesperson Sabrina Singh said that the United States does not rule out the possibility of supplying Ukraine with F-16 fighter jets.
