"The Saudi Foreign Ministry warns against a more dangerous escalation between the Palestinians and Israelis," the Saudi Foreign Ministry said in a Twitter statement.
The Foreign Ministry also announced the condemnation of any attacks on civilians.
Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry expressed concern over the escalation of the situation in the zone of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.
The department clarified that recent events show the need to resume a "constructive Palestinian-Israeli dialogue."
