“Employees of the Moscow police carried out a complex of operational-search measures and, in hot pursuit, detained a man at his place of residence,” the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Moscow said in a statement.
The police are trying to identify the other participants in the fight.
Earlier, the police began checking a video in which a man in a subway car near the Kurskaya station in Moscow kicks two people.
