Ulyanov: Kyiv has been ignoring the issue of creating a protective zone around the ZNPP for the fifth month

According to him, the head of the IAEA, Rafael Grossi, handed over a draft declaration on the creation of a protective zone around the station to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmitry Kuleba, on September 21.

“Since then, the fifth month has already gone, and the Ukrainians have not reacted to this document,” Ulyanov emphasized.

On January 24, the head of the IAEA, Rafael Grossi, said that agency inspectors did not find military equipment at Ukrainian nuclear power plants.

Renat Karchaa, adviser to the general director of the Rosenergoatom concern, expressed the opinion that the IAEA's false information about explosions near the ZNPP was made public in order to divert attention from the Russian SVR data on ammunition at Ukrainian nuclear power plants.
