“Since then, the fifth month has already gone, and the Ukrainians have not reacted to this document,” Ulyanov emphasized.

On January 24, the head of the IAEA, Rafael Grossi, said that agency inspectors did not find military equipment at Ukrainian nuclear power plants.

Renat Karchaa, adviser to the general director of the Rosenergoatom concern, expressed the opinion that the IAEA's false information about explosions near the ZNPP was made public in order to divert attention from the Russian SVR data on ammunition at Ukrainian nuclear power plants.
