In a segment of the program titled "Toothless Cats" - a pun on the German-made Leopard 2 tanks - the host suggested that the Leopard tanks are "more primitive", heavier and more difficult to maneuver compared to the Russian T-90 counterpart.
Another segment was called "battered Abrams," referring to the tanks the US is sending.
Graphics also showed a fictional battle between T-90s and Leopard tanks while the presenter said that half of the German-made tanks would be hit before they even reached the battlefield.
It was on Wednesday that both Germany and the US announced that they are sending modern tanks to Ukraine.
Germany is sending 14 tanks of the Leopard 2 type and the US is sending 31 of the M1 Abrams type.
