Putin invited the Security Council to discuss the issue of the border of the shelf in the Arctic Ocean

“Today, colleagues, we have several important issues related to both the domestic agenda and the issue of the outer border of the continental shelf of the Russian Federation in the Arctic Ocean,” he said.

On the first question, Putin gave the floor to Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova. 

Earlier, the press secretary of the Russian leader Dmitry Peskov said that Putin would hold an operational meeting with members of the Security Council on January 27.
