“Taking into account the earlier given instructions, to provide, at the expense of the National Welfare Fund, co-financing of projects providing for: renewal of the fleet of civil aircraft, taking into account the need to supply at least 700 such domestically produced aircraft (including helicopters) by 2030,” the text says.

The report must be submitted by April 15, 2023.
