“The driver of a passenger bus violated the distance and collided with a truck moving in the same direction,” the report says.
It is noted that the driver and 17 passengers were on the bus.
Earlier, nine people died in an accident involving a minibus in the Tula region.
It was also reported that in Primorye, in connection with abnormal frosts, the Ministry of Emergency Situations issued an emergency warning.
