Excise duties on cigarettes, cigarettes and vape liquids will be increased from March 1

It is noted that the law recognizes as a liquid for vapes any liquid containing liquid nicotine in a volume of 0.1 milligrams per milliliter for electronic nicotine delivery systems, including those contained in them.

From March 1, excise rates on regular cigarettes and cigarettes in Russia will increase by 2%, and on liquids for vapes and heated tobacco - by 11%.
