The Israeli Broadcasting Corporation reported that 5 Israelis were killed this evening, Friday, in a shooting attack in occupied Jerusalem.
The authority added that one of the perpetrators of the shooting was killed, adding that the police are searching for others involved in the operation.
While the Israeli police said that they killed the perpetrator of the attack, which took place in the Nabi Yaqoub area, north of occupied Jerusalem.
Israeli sources previously reported that several Israelis were seriously injured by gunfire.
The operation comes a day after the operation carried out by the Israeli army in Jenin camp, which resulted in the death of 9 Palestinians.
The Palestinian factions vowed to respond.
